Return & Refund Policy

At DivinEssentials, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Return request must be submitted within the 15-day return window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Personalized and custom-made items (e.g., Custom Pet Portrait Stamp, Beaded Name Sets, Custom Embroidered Caps)
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 15-day window
  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return. Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition will be rejected.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request by emailing support@divinessentials.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for approval. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. Not all return requests are guaranteed approval.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in your approval email, at your own cost, using tracked shipping.
  4. Inspection & processing. Once received, our team will inspect the item to verify it meets all return conditions. This inspection process takes 5–7 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refund processing begins after the item passes inspection and may take 7–10 business days to complete.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–15 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • DivinEssentials reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of a monetary refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within the 15-day return window. All exchange shipping costs (both return and new shipment) are the customer's responsibility. To request an exchange, follow the same return process outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe you received an item with a manufacturing defect or that was damaged during shipping, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@divinessentials.com
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage, including the packaging
  3. Do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been reviewed

Our quality assurance team will review all submitted evidence and make a determination within 3–5 business days. Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or customer-inflicted damage do not qualify as manufacturing defects. DivinEssentials reserves the right to request additional evidence or deny claims that do not meet our verification criteria.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
