Shipping Rates

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Times shown are from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom/personalized items (e.g., Custom Pet Portrait Stamp, Beaded Name Set) may require additional production time.
• You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details once placed.
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package's journey. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the courier's system to update.

International Shipping

• We ship to most countries worldwide.
• International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
• Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@divinessentials.com with your order number. We'll investigate and work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
