Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Times shown are from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom/personalized items (e.g., Custom Pet Portrait Stamp, Beaded Name Set) may require additional production time.
- You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details once placed.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package's journey. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the courier's system to update.
International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
